Powerfoods for seniors?

Our taste panel of active seniors, aged 65+, tasted enriched cookies, soups and yoghurt. Based on their opinion the recipies were adjusted. A Belgian Newspaper, De Standaard, published an article (Dutch) about this research on enriched food to avoid malnutrition.

The Helium project partners meet in Liverpool on 21st and 22nd of June to discuss the next step in the project: how can 'good practices' of other regions be implemented in the own region? LiCalab conducts the workshops to build an action plan. With future sketching and storytelling we imagine what these 'good practices' mean for the health care sector of the future in the different regions, and which concrete actions are needed to implement them.

On the 2nd of July the City of Turnhout opens a new square in the neighborhood 'Merodecenter'. This is the first step in the In For Care project, which aims at stimulating informal care in neighborhoods. The square will facilitate personal contact in the neighborhood 'Merodecenter'!

Seas2Grow: Kick-off projects wave1

The selected projects of wave 1 will have their kick-off on 1 June. The companies and Seas2Grow partners will discuss the setup and timing of co-creation sessions and live testing. From June on we will start recruiting the first test persons and care experts.
